Probantum & Lawbow

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

1. Who we are and what this is

Probantum and Lawbow are software services operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us"). The service helps you organise case documents and produces AI-assisted analysis, summaries, and drafts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Not legal advice

We are not a law firm, we are not your solicitor, and nothing the service produces is legal advice. Outputs are AI-assisted analysis of the material you provide. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they do not create a solicitor–client relationship. For advice on your specific situation, consult a qualified legal professional. You remain responsible for any document you send to a court or another party.

3. Your account and acceptable use

  • Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Only upload material you are entitled to use, and only about disputes you are genuinely involved in.
  • No abusive, unlawful, or service-disrupting use (including attempts to circumvent rate limits or plan gates).

4. Your content

You keep all rights in what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to process it to provide the service (including sending it to AI providers acting as our processors, as described in the Privacy Policy). We do not permit AI providers to train on your content.

5. Plans, credits and fair use

Features depend on your plan. AI processing consumes credit; we may apply rate and spend limits to keep the service available. Plan upgrades take effect through our billing process.

6. Service availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending things

You can close your account at any time; we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
